The Future of Work has been a part of her career since its early days, from addressing women's choice and constraint in the jobs they are afforded and their pathways to parity, to addressing the youth bulge & skills gaps to the role of technology in accelerating and derailing progress. This includes demonstrated management experience in international development, external affairs, digital engagement and philanthropy with sophisticated knowledge of a broad spectrum of political and social indicators and diversity and inclusion approaches. She is a creative thinker who leverages evidence-informed, scientific approaches, grounded in human rights and delivers with authenticity and heart. While leading largely in Communications & Fundraising roles, she is certified in Humanitarian Operations and has worked closely with Education, Health and Crisis teams in programme design, implementation, resource mobilization and systems strengthening. This includes missions to Sierra Leone, Mongolia, Madagascar, Guatemala, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Thailand, Egypt, Nepal, the Philippines, Myanmar, Brazil and domestic US programmes. She also assumed secretariat functions for Save the Children’s Corporate Advisory Council and organized bi-annual funder convening on subjects including Emergencies & Innovation & Gala’s to drive mission support. Angeline is skilled creating partnerships between private and public sectors, social movements such as women's organizations, and multilateral institutions such as United Nations while building coalitions that cross geographic, thematic and gender lines. Angeline is a dynamic public speaker and adviser on substantive social issues and corporate social responsibility best practices. Recent speaking engagement topics include Partnerships & the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Networking in the Digital Age, Coalition Building, Performance with Purpose, Risk Management, Due Diligence Tools and Process and Balancing PR & CSR. She is a passionate advocate for women and girls, educational outcomes and gender equality. In 2006, Angeline was named one of Rhode Island’s top 40 under 40 leaders by Providence Business News. In 2018, Angeline was recognized as a Mentor of the Year at the inaugural Leone awards Global Gender Diversity & Leadership Awards, Singapore.
