A couple of months later, what was next was a job offer from the aptly named Excellent Systems as a junior IT engineer. I've been in IT ever since, its taken me around the world, thru construction, hospitality, insurance, finance, gaming, retail, education, health and many other industries and I LOVE it! What I've learnt through this journey is that no matter what your industry, or who your customers are, the heart of Information Technology is People. Get the people part right and the technology will follow.
