Then I got the chance to work in almost all the bank's departments. I spent 17 years working in 3 different banks which gave a great experience and stability as well. My latest duties at Dubai Islamic Bank were as follows: - Developing the bank process (Quality Assurance) by conducting service quality projects. - Conducting quality assurance on callback team (Takaful Calls) in daily biases with a target of 5% of the monthly calls. - Helping my team with the calls back when it is needed and making either Arabic or English calls to the customers. - Conducting monthly coaching for the callback team members biased on the results of the quality assurance. - Making deep route analyst on all complaints category (cases and calls) based on the manager request. - Conducting quality assurance on customer’s resolution unit (complaints team) with a target of 5% of the monthly closed complaints and calls. - Conducting calls surveys on the customer's satisfactions on the professionalism of handling their complaints (two calls on daily biases). - Handling and taking full responsibility of updating the knowledge center with all the new information by receiving the new contents for the different department then coordinate with the Electronic Banking Services team to publish it. - Customer first online quizzes (English & Arabic): Designing the online quizzes for the bank departments and special quizzes for any department upon their request. - Making the on line quizzes reports and MIS with presenting them on a power point presentation. - Designing and preparing trainings according the management's instructions (such as the greeters training).
