It is with this belief coupled with my passion to serve that drives me in my professional life. As a founder and executive director of a successful Chabad Outreach Center for 6 years, I benefited from a unique opportunity. In this sink or swim environment I learned sales / fund raising, marketing and PR, accounting and budgeting, volunteer co-ordination, all synagogue programs, chaplaincy and rabbinic duties and more. In short I developed the skill set of a CEO / Entrepreneur which today can be malleable to numerous positions and roles. I describe myself as a results orientated over achiever blending attention to detail, excellent communication, sales, and people skills coupled with creative problem solving. I have a flexible, adaptive style emphasizing a hands on approach. As a team leader I believe in the magic of empowering people.
