These days this is mostly done by buying student literature and tech books, which is consumed when interest and time allows on top of that I build more special knowledge from Internet tutorials and forums posts I also have experience of testing and developing test environments, Quality of a product is important so you should spend at least if not more on this then you do developing new features. So its TDD and CS/CI that is the smart move for anything that should last. Specialties: Android, Java, Kotlin, Android Studio, C/C++/C# JavaScript, Typescript, React Native, font formats, text layout, localization, Unicode, font rendering, Visual Studio. The list will go on quite a bit and if it happens to lack something I am sure I will manage to learn it if the needs arrive.
