When evaluating new tech I care about "how much capability do I get per dollar spent?" 3. Instead of worrying about "Next-Gen" why don't we worry about getting "This-Gen" right first 4. When you boil it down, it's all really about reducing adversary dwell time in your environment. 5. I am much more worried about the lack of technology aligned leadership than I am about the lack of technical talent in the workforce. 6. Base hits win games, lead to incremental outcomes 7.
