From 2013-2021 i worked within Operations at the AMS Accountants Group, a dynamic accountancy firm with a clear strategy and going through a high growth cycle. I have been instrumental in developing their IT strategy and implementing bespoke software packages to improve efficiency by over 56% and looking after a team of over 100 staff across the group. I have developed the mantra of 'working smarter and not working harder' and I am also leading the campaign on 'making tax digital' and incorporating efficient IT protocols into the internal systems and controls which is a paradigm shift within the industry. I was promoted and given a senior operations role with the strategic objective of also adding the same value to the dynamic client base within the firm. With my history in business and experience in client relations I made the decision to take on a new role at Signature Group and AMS Accountants Group focused on growth across the group. I now manage a team of 15 within multiple divisions focused on growth across the group I am a car enthusiast and keen footballer, with a passion for Manchester United.
