In comparison, management includes units focus on the management of various business including employees, projects and equity management. An excellent manager does not just pass on orders and expect employees to do as they have been instructed. They communicate effectively with employees, customers and, or clientele. It is particularly important that lower level employees are heard, as they have an inside knowledge of problems that have not been reported to upper management. After graduation I am interested in a management position at a bank, school, or retail company. I am interested in employment at a bank as I genuinely enjoy working with the customers and assisting them with their financial needs, whether it be recovering from debt, investing or responsibility financing a car, house or new business. Meanwhile, I also have a Diploma in Educational Studies and would like to use both qualifications to ensure that teachers are able to receive the resources they require.
