I learned through my work to be highly customer oriented and focused on the task. Although challenges come along I'm always trying to keep the focus and delivers positive response. I have learned through my carrier both to understand how payroll must be run, with calculation – laws ect. but also at look on the problem from a user perspective. I am a good team member and player, but I also take responsibility for the group and assignment that are within the group. Between different projects I have worked with development for smaller customer projects, configuring and functionality, customer defined reports, error detection, system corrections, customer and user training in SAP HR.
