What gives me energy (pun absolutely intended) is: 1. building and maintaining relationships, 2. growth and development, and 3. creativity and innovation. As long as I have the freedom, managerial support, and resources to develop and utilize these 3 strengths, I will be happy, and will flourish in return to the benefit of my team. I thrive on helping others overcome obstacles standing in the way of their success, including one of the most difficult: themselves. I do this by shining a light on people’s strengths in ways they can start to believe it. I want to help people see their value, not just professionally, but as a human too, and how these are two sides of the same coin. I also offer patience and grace when they need it most in the face of the more turbulent moments. It’s through my own curiosity and vulnerability that I am able to establish meaningful, trusting, and genuine connections with a broad spectrum of individuals, and therefore get everyone on track working towards a common goal.
