I envision new curriculum and design it, adjusting as needed, evaluating, to target specific learner needs to achieve the best outcomes.☑My Strengths are 1. Analytical skills with which I solve problems. 2. Interpersonal skills which I use to train, instruct, and coach. 3. Creative skills which I use to conceptualize design, synthesize and develop curriculum. 4.
