I ensure all personnel data recorded is up to date, accurate, and in line with current legislation to be able to produce weekly and monthly reports for statistical and management information. Before joining my current employer, I had the same role with a law firm. I provided generalist HR administration support and advisory support to clients in person, over the telephone and in writing. Prior to the above role, I was with my previous employer for over four years and was successfully promoted after 7 months of joining to becoming a Senior Project Coordinator. Leading to gaining more hands on experience in providing Personal Assistance support to two Directors and in key areas of the business such as Project Support, HR, Finance, and Marketing. Before becoming promoted, I played an active role in the end to end process of recruitment, selection, onboarding, and orientation of new members of staff. Conducting active monitoring and tracking of attendance and annual leave requests which involved notifying the Managers of emerging patterns and advising them on next steps. Before entering Human Resources, I was an office manager within retail, leisure, and hospitality businesses. The later was part of a multi site acquisition which I assisted in the lease negotiation and strategic planning for. Including being involved incorporating HR, Finance and Administration processes.
