In 2018 Alexander and the management agreed to buy out the parent shares of Stephen George International leading to a change in name to SGI Architects & Masterplanners which today is trading as one of the leading design firms in Bulgaria and is working neighboring CEE countries and the Middle East. Alexander has broad experience leading projects across most sectors in the industry from masterplanning to the delivery of large-scale mixed-use schemes with over twenty local and International awards for design and sustainability in the past decade.
