My military responsibilities afford me the opportunity and honor to serve both the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States. I commissioned as an Army Officer upon completing my undergraduate studies. Being a part of a great organization has given me unique experiences, and has allowed me a different perspective of myself as an individual. The military has opened and expanded my views. Lastly, my leisure activities has led me to some of the best experiences and most enjoyable memories. As a person who loves the outdoors, I strive to push myself with year-round activities that will peak my interest and challenge me both physically and mentally. Receptive to new challenges, I seek to involve myself in rugged outdoor experiences such as hiking, backpacking, , kayaking, rock climbing, and skiing. Conversely, I will remain indoors to pursue my interest in reading. Gaining knowledge through the written word and personal experience is paramount to learning and growing as an individual.
