For 10 years, I had several positions within Roche Netherlands: medical and product manager Oncology and team manager CNS. Since I enjoyed coaching & training of the sales teams and wanted to explore my leadership potential, I made a switch to CRA line management within Roche's clinical operations department. During the years at Roche, I became fascinated by coaching people and teams in Pharma, so I decided to apply this new area of skills in my own company : DeFarmaCoach. Now after 9 years, I am closing this chapter, having learned so many things from being an entrepreneur and being grateful for the trust of my clients and the ability to have helped so many people. The European Neuromuscular Centre (ENMC) requires all my time and dedication as Managing Director.
