Work with SMEs closely to ensure information is accurate and that their education needs have been met. • Coordinate training schedules according to current business needs, training registrations and invites, maintain training records, scheduling of classrooms and related logistics. • Monitor compliance with mandatory divisional and corporate training programs. • Designs curriculum materials in accordance with established design models and templates for Instructor-led training; Interactive Multi-media Instruction; Web-based training; and related materials • Consults with clients on job performance improvement strategies; learning strategy; blended curriculum design; and business issues related to learning needs and learning solution initiatives • Conducts analyses of target audience; training requirements; and media requirements in accordance with SOPs • Designs and develops instructional approaches and/or strategies to meet training requirements as appropriate. •Consulting with internal customers on a range of learning and developmental topics •Conducting needs assessments to define solutions and curriculum plans which support the talent development and business goals •Assisting with design, development, and implementation of learning solutions which include a range of learning modalities •Recommending learning delivery methods to include blended solutions (ILT, eLearning, learning cohorts, etc.), university and vendor partnerships •Coordinating project tasks through concept, design, development, deployment and maintenance. •Developing content for eLearning, multimedia visual aids and presentations. •Evaluating programs/solutions to ensure that organizational and customer value is created, and identifying areas for future improvement. •Update, process and validate job, candidate, and new hire information •Create and review new job requisitions •Process job offers for newly hired candidates •Administer and troubleshoot on boarding issues •Lead I-9 processing at weekly new hire Welcome Sessions •Process candidate background checks and drug screens •Partner with recruiters to ensure candidates’ and requisition files are complete and accurate •Collaborate on recruiting department’s social media strategies •Support the development and updating of content for the Fannie Mae Careers Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn pages •Coordinate the necessary research and work across departments to maintain an engaging online community •Work on any ad hoc recruiting projects and assignments. •Recruit, screen, and interview job candidates •Plan and execute New Hire Orientation training •Perform background checks, schedule drug tests, perform reference checks, I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification and CNA & RN license checks •Administer Payroll duties for the facility’s 150+ employees using Kronos Timekeeping System software •Responsible for tracking call-outs and lateness for the RNs and CNAs •Staff vacant shifts until Staffing Coordinator was on board •Active participant in the company Safety Committee and in charge of putting together monthly Safety Contest •Active participant in the Employee Retention Committee and Special Events Committee •Assist the Human Resources Director in performing mandatory companywide in-services, such as the annual Corporate Compliance in-service and annual Benefits Open Enrollment sessions •Integrate new employee data into PeopleSoft database •Perform Accounts Payable and Resident Trust Fund duties.
