A few of my career highlights include: - Leading the IRC's largest volunteer event in its 90-year history, which consisted of 700 corporate volunteers assembling 1,520 backpacks with essential items for asylum seekers. - Spending two weeks on a U.S. military base to support the welcome and intake process for Afghan evacuees following Afghanistan's regime change in 2021. - Leading Benevity’s first virtual volunteer session at their annual corporate client conference in 2021. - Launching the IRC's first virtual small business mentorship program with a multinational company across nine countries at the height of COVID, enabling refugees' businesses to remain afloat during such a turbulent time.
