Allison Foscue’s Expertise Provides administrative and technical support for the shift posting system, payroll and workforce management applications for the department. Assists with analysis, recommendations for corrective actions and resolution of problems within the software application; supports software maintenance and updates to ensure quality and cost-effective services. Manages budget, staffing issues and communicates to teammates as required.•Maintains various core business software applications including web-based shift posting system for managers and staff and payroll and workforce management applications; systems security on assigned applications according to established protocols; all internal systems tables, database code and customization options. •Manages implementation of all new applications through the project life cycle including systems configuration activities and end user training. •Initiates all import and export activities between application. •Manages vendor relationships and serves as an internal contact for all database analysts, server team, help desk and payroll staff to identify and resolve any systems applications issues. •Assists with onboarding of supplemental team mates. Coordinates and approves weekly timesheets for PeopleSoft and/or Kronos, as applicable. Responds to inquiries regarding supplemental staffing and scheduling and validates receipt of required documentation (i.e. credentials, licenses) as needed.; assists with the coordination of onboarding orientation and monitors compliance of supplemental policy guidelines. •Organizes and coordinates functions related to the delivery of operational services to ensure ongoing, smooth and cost-effective operations throughout the team. •Assists with departmental budget development as directed; reviews and reconciles payments, expense allocation and resolution of expenditure disputes. •Addresses staffing and scheduling issues with management and team mates providing effective resolution in a timely manner. •Communicates changes to systems protocols, maintenance schedules and the impact of systems upgrades to affected parties. •Participates in systems testing activities for new and/or existing systems applications; coordinates systems integration and implementation efforts. •Compiles various reports to assist with budgeting or team mate relations activities.
