I've served as the primary therapist to treat a variety of issues including depression, life transition, anxiety, personality disorders, intimacy and process addictions. I provide a compassionate but direct approach. Currently, I specialize in treating couples impacted by compulsive sexual behaviors and betrayal trauma. I use EMDR, DBT and shame resilience treatments when working with my clients. When needed, I've coordinated with PCP's for medication management, but I'm also adept at mindfulness and healthy connection as treatment modalities. Recently, I've completed the requirement to be a UAMFT approved supervisor.
