Ana Carolina Melo’s Expertise I have over ten years of experience in project, product, and program management, leadership, coaching, and agility. I hold the KMP, PSPO, PSM, and ICP-ACC certifications. Over these years, I have developed a holistic and results-oriented approach to project management, using data and metrics of quality, performance, and effectiveness, such as CFD, DLT, DCT, Throughput, WIP, and Age. This is combined with interpersonal skills to drive innovation and customer satisfaction. I have also applied OKRs, KMM, and large-scale efficiency and predictability metrics, aiming for the continuous improvement of tribes. I am passionate about my field and the results I have achieved. I have had the pleasure of working on highly relevant and complex projects, such as the restructuring of the PMO area at Banco Carrefour, the implementation of payroll at JBS by Banco Original, the implementation of the new fiscal policy in São Paulo at McDonald's, the revamping of the website and mobile app at Camicado, the strategic disaster recovery plan, and the migration of the ATG commerce platform to SAP also at Camicado. With my teams, I acted as a servant leader, guiding them through Lean and agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, XP, and SAFe for better product or service delivery. At some clients, I also worked in product management, planning and coordinating the development of the product from conception to launch and beyond. Building close collaboration with development, design, marketing, and other teams to ensure the product's success. I conducted market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor behavior. I managed product roadmaps that articulated its planned evolution over time. I used success metrics and incorporated customer feedback, market insights, and the company's strategic objectives into these roadmaps. In addition to analytical skills, I am focused on problem-solving applied in various contexts and challenges.
