I worked on a wide variety of projects including the Costa Concordia salvage operation off the coast of Italy. I worked onboard the Enquest Producer FPSO as an Offshore Marine Mechanical Technician carrying out Marine Mechanical Maintenance and Planned Preventative Maintenance of Marine Systems and Installations and Alterations to Pipework, Spools and Flanges throughout the vessel. My duties entail pipefitting (both steel and copper) and flange bolt torquing. A certified Bolting Technician, I hold TMJI 10, 11, 18, 19 and 20 qualifications and I am used to following pipeline schematic drawing surveys. As Offshore Heat Exchanger Mechanical Technician I currently specialise in but not limited to Heat Exchanger scopes which includes surveying, problem solving, stripping old exchangers to overhaul, construct new exchangers in our workshops prior to fitting onsite or offshore Clients include: BP Shell BG Group Repsol Total Enquest Wood
