I am currently involved in the design of the negotiation and dispute resolution aspects of BUSMBA: 722: The Unique Political & Legal Landscape of New Zealand. In 2022 the team I led won the Bronze Award for Oceania at the QS-Wharton Reimage Education Awards. I'm also grateful to have received three University of Auckland Business School Teaching Excellence Awards (2015, 2019, 2021), in Teaching Innovation and Collaboration in Teaching. I regularly present negotiation seminars and coaching sessions to various audiences, including UoA Alumni; industry groups and companies; international visitors; entrepreneurs and student groups at the Centre for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (UoA), and; individuals. When time outside of university allows, I engage in private negotiation consulting and advocacy. I have acted for and advised employees and employers experiencing employment relationship problems. I have successfully resolved cases involving dismissal, disadvantage, redundancies and restructuring.
