  After I completed successfully the assignment in Korea I’m ready to start a New Adventure in the “Old Continent” : Europe and Middle East Africa, called EMEA. I did completely from scratch a start up of a Solar Fab in Sicily, where I had to deal from the facility, bad weather condition, till the qualification and run the full Volume capacity of the big panel ( 6.5 Gen. technology). Then I joined Edwards and still in the Semiconductor arena I drove several successes introducing the adoption of the new Customer concept and driving the attention to the REAL Customer Values. I learned the Korean language to overcome the language barrier that could have been slowing down that successful journey. During my last assignment in Korea I reached several RECORD, several TARGETS have been accomplished and surpassed. I had a strong team of Direct Report and I invested a lot with them and the Great RESULTS were obtained. I also gave a great bootstrap to the Diversity & Inclusion arena. Hiring Regional Tech support engineers female and statisticians / data analyst . Started to investigate which role an FSE female could act.
