That’s why I focus on teaching the importance of regular eye exams, recognizing the early signs of common visual disorders, and the significance of knowing their family history of eye disease. 🫶🏾 Helping people obtain the tools vital to prevent succumbing to loss of sight from preventable causes became my passion and purpose. As time went by, my experience deepened and expanded, and I was able to help people of all backgrounds to protect their most valuable sense. After over 20 years in the vision business, I’ve seen anything you can think of and created a unique combination of medical and beauty expertise. I’m the Co-founder and CEO of EYEmergencyMD, Inc, the first and only acute care ocular telemedicine company, and the Founder of OpulenceMD Beauty, a luxury eye-specific beauty brand featuring luxury magnetic lashes (as featured on Shark Tank). I have extensive experience in ocular trauma and serve as a locums tenens physician for level 1 trauma centers.
