I recently graduated from Northeastern University after completing five years and three co-ops. My degree is in Computer Science and Interaction Design but my real interests lie in the intersection of the two. I find the logic and structure of programming to be compelling and satisfying, and intertwined with the complexity and unpredictability of the average user, there are endless scenarios to consider and potential problems to solve. These are the challenges that excite me and inspire me to work towards something that pleases as many people involved as possible - including the designers and developers behind the solution. In terms of my personal motivations and goals, I am most passionate about increasing accessibility, bridging gaps, and providing support for the underprivileged. I strongly believe in the need for those in places of privilege to acknowledge the lack of equity in many systems that currently exist in the world and to take responsibility for righting those wrongs.
