Providing monthly & quarterly reports to leadership. •Managing and setting up project management office (PMO) which includes Project and PMO governance, stakeholder communication, Reporting & Meetings, Risk and Issue Management, Project Assurance, Project Management Control -Budget tracking, Quality tracking, CMMI Audits, Project monitoring & closure tracking. •Monitor and Track projects across SAP and data & Analytics program. •Manage Data Lake Cloud Migration. •Track project deliverable and milestones, Change Management, Release Management, Operational processes. •Look for continuous improvements to drive Business Value Addition. •Streamline PMO process by reports automation by providing high quality data to PMs. •Publishing dashboard to stakeholders on financials and project health. •Track & Maintain project artifacts -RAID Logs, RTM, PM Plan, Status reports, Travel Plans, Team details, SOW/CRs, Governance document, estimation template, Invoices, Audit documents, Fit Gap Analysis. •Track Project schedule using Clarity, Microsoft Project 2013. •Tracking defect status ,exit criteria and Preparing defect analysis report using HPQC. •Closely work with Centralize PMO to ensure alignment across organizational strategy. •Working with a diverse Customer Delivery team to ensure that projects are implemented in a planned manner and meet requirements of functionality while meeting internal quality standards. •Skilled in Agile, PMP framework, MS Office, SharePoint, MS Project, Power BI, VBA macro and Process Management. •POC & R&D on latest technologies- Cloud Computing using Microsoft Azure and Business Analytics using Microsoft Power BI and SSIS. •Experience as a COE anchor in conducting project management training & reviewing knowledge documents. •Adding product backlog, sprint backlog, tracking task and issues using Jira tool for Agile Scrum.
