Anna Seeger’s Expertise From the plants in my garden to the friends I lead in small groups, one thing I love is to see things grow. This is what lead me to seek a degree in business. I love to problem solve with my teams and develop ways of helping students. To that end, I lead a team at UW Bothell to implement a Legacy Document System in the Beta Alpha Psi - Mu Psi Chapter. This system aided in our chapter's officer transition and increasing the number of students involved in fall recruiting. After finishing my BA in accounting & finance, this love of building community and personal development led me to pursue a career in an education and outreach focused nonprofit, China Outreach Ministries. I started this journey a week before the COVID lockdowns and still managed to raise the necessary funds and contacts to operate throughout that season and beyond. At this same time, I began studying mental health and counseling materials that aided in my ability to support and build up my local team of volunteers as well as those we serve.
