I have worked in commercial high-rise buildings since 1999 where I was a Chief Engineer for New Boston Citimark Management for 6 years. I was given the opportunity to work with Cassidy Turley in 2006 as an Operations Engineer. Since that time i went from an Operation Engineer to Lead Engineer for 2 years and then I was promoted to a Chief Engineer. Since becoming a Chief Engineer for Cassidy Turley, I have had the pleasure of working at the 4th and Walnut Centre, Atrium One/ Omnicare Center, US Bank Tower and the Smith Halleman Acct. Since becoming a Chief Engineer, I have had the opportunity to help the buildings conserve energy which as a result, the buildings were able to receive the Energy Star Award. I was able to get the equipment running efficiently which also dropped the operating expense which the tenants took advantage of. I was able to work with the building owners and the tenants to find and show them ways to save energy and take advantage of the Duke Energy Incentive rebates which made the projects total cost considerably lower. In 2020, I was promoted to a Senior Chief Engineer and now manage the engineering teams in Cincinnati and Louisville. The building in Louisville includes the PNC Tower, First Trust Center, 9901 Linn Station, Anthem Building, Presbyterian Building, and multiple industrials buildings.
