Graduated at University of Naples "Federico II" in Materials Engineering, particularly focused on composites, I passed a public selection related to the European Project “A.S.I.A." aimed to train “Researchers and technicians for wing surfaces design made up of composite materials". The project gave me the possibility to start working at Leonardo - Aircraft&Aerostructure Divisions (formerly Alenia Aermacchi), the most important Italian company in Aeronautics, with more than 100 years of activity. Working at Leonardo, I have strongly improved and focused my skills on composite materials, touching with my hands what designing with them means. I had been working on Virtual Testing, Damage Modeling and Simulations and on linear - buckling - non linear analyses, over that I had been a test plan supervisor, giving my contribute to develop FE Methodologies for Analysis in Structural Applications.
