I was born in Salerno, but in Palermo I complete my entire cycle of studies first with a Liceo Classico diploma then with a master's degree in Management Engineering and at the end with a PhD at the University of Palermo, carrying out a year of collaboration with the department of Industrial Engineering in the United States at the NCSU of Raleigh in North Carolina where I've bene living from January since December 1999. In April 2000 I got hired by TIM and I worked for 20 years in network operstions with different degrees of coordination before (2000-2011) and functional responsibility then (2011-2020). I have progressively dealt with Project Management of all the mobile radio network deployment activities necessary to support its technological evolutions (3G, 4G, 5G etc ...) and related services, effectively managing a group of 40 professionals specialized in the various areas of the network (Core, Access and Supervision). Lately I have been responsible for the development for the Center Italy of the Core Network Mobile (October 2020, May 2021) passing from deployment to development. Subsequently, I was offered the opportunity to become part of TIM's Public Affairs function where in fact I oversee, at a local level and specifically for the CENTRO area, the technological development of the network with the aim of planning and undertaking institutional actions with local authorities (Municipalities, Provinces, Regions and Superintendencies) functional to the presentation of projects in progress and to obtaining the necessary permits for the progress of ongoing projects. This activity is carried out using some fundamental tools: • the continuous study of the reference regulatory framework and the study and monitoring of its evolution which allows for the identification of areas for institutional intervention; • a network of external relations with local and internal authorities with all the interlocutors involved in the development project which constitute the enabling element for solving problems; • project management to be able to effectively manage the flow of information necessary to guarantee a transversal and real-time alignment on the project and to identify precisely on the basis of this the most appropriate institutional actions to solve the criticality I conclude with the personal sphere by saying that I am married with two sons aged 15 and 19 and I got evolvere into the world of running in 2018 (currently on distances of 10, 15 and 21km)
