I was retrenched in December 2010 and was recruited by the same company as a consultant on a contract basis from September 2011 until June 2012. We conducted Mystery Guest (Silent Audit) assessments to ensure that the staff adhere to expected standards implemented by these groups and I am certain that I can use this expertise as a tool to increase and strengthen the customer base, revenue, productivity and service levels in any organization.
