Conducted quality analysis with raw materials and finished products. I have done the daily follow-up of the KPIs, as well as studies of non-conformity regarding the deviations of these parameters. I was responsible for a project that aimed to quantify the loss of a catalyst (Pd II) and to optimize its recovery. This project would generate cost savings of R1 million / year and was used as my term paper. Competencies such as accepting responsibility, self-motivation, proactivity, meeting goals, imagining alternatives, persuasion, and problem solving were essential at this moment.
