I was the official chef to represent firstly Cecil (East India Hotels), Shimla (India) at international Indian food festival, carried by Air India at Hotel Forum Park Geneva (Switzerland). Secondly to represent J.W.Marriott Hotel, Mumbai (India) at International Indian food festival, carried by South African Airways in Hotel Emperor at Caesars Gautang, Johennesburg (South Africa). Had been a part of Six Pre-opening projects in Hotels & Restaurant. handling them at various position from Senior Chef-de-partie at Lotus cafe W Marriott, Mumbai, to Head Chef at Roshni's (Staines & then As a Group head Chef At Staines Cherstey,Middlesex),Pasha(At MHRS Pune, as Pre opening Chef in charge/Out let Chef(India) & as Head Chef(At Hilton Airport Hotel Terminal 5, London) .
