GA Retail business sells policies via Broker Dealers and Independent Marketing Organizations with Financial Planners(FP's)/Agents at the heart to steer sales. Ensuring accuracy of FP data within our systems is critical to support Sales and Marketing. We transitioned from hard matches to an AI/Machine learning solution to identify and de-dupe FP's, solution is combination of Cosine Similarity algorithm complemented with pre-trained supervised learning Decision Tree ML model to classify outcomes as duplicates or non-duplicates. We are solutioning on several use cases using Salesforce Einstein & exploring self-service of data via NLP. Experimenting to fine tune LLM model's on GA's data to solve business problems for content generation, text-to-sql, and multi language translation (example - English to Japanese). Explored and fine-tuned multiple LLM models which include Mistral/Mixtral 8x7B, GPT, BART and others for solution build. Over last few years getting to this juncture required investment in relevant technologies, making decisions favoring growth of our business to evolve our infrastructure on cloud compute technologies, investing in our talent, and finding relevant use cases for automation and AI.
