As District General Manager for 2 ½ years, in National Commission for Human Development managed large multi-sectoral teams - Supervised 9 Programme Managers for operations in 4 regions implementing programs (Universal Primary Education, Adult Literacy, Health, Capacity Development and Volunteerism). Led a multidisciplinary team of 20 experts, 300 technical & support staff, managed inventory and finances. Effectively liaisoned with Local government, district government and elected representatives. Extensively Planned, Coordinated and Monitored World Bank and Asian Development Bank funded large scale programmes in Planning & Development Deptt:, Govt: of KP/FATA for 10 years, as Coordinator (Social Action Program), Coordinator (Drought Emergency Relief Assistance Program. Being the interface of P&D FATA, represented FATA at Federal Government and Donors level, handled multi-donor missions and foreign funded projects progress review meetings, ensured donor’s guidelines are followed, compiled and prepared reports for donors.
