I joined MetLife in 2021 and I'm focused on transforming the company’s integrated planning and recovery capabilities to manage business interruption risk more effectively. My vision is to enable a resilience capability that is dynamic, threat-agnostic, and stays ahead of evolving and complex global regulatory requirements, ensuring that MetLife maintains its competitive advantage in the marketplace. Before joining MetLife, I was the architect of the global business resiliency program at Meta (formerly ‘Facebook’) and its family of apps (i.e. Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Oculus, Workplace and Novi). I began my career at Exxon Mobil and progressively held management roles at Fannie Mae, the World Bank, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Verisign. I am a life-long learner with a master’s degree in Disaster Risk Management from MCNY, and diplomas in Artificial Intelligence from MIT, and Management from INSEAD and Stanford. I am also a third-culture kid, which explains my love of travel and meeting people from all walks of life. I am a naturalist, a jazz enthusiast, a coffee afficionado, and I love mentoring and volunteering.
