After experiencing over 20 years of prolonged armed conflict, followed by the Great Indian Ocean Tsunami of 2004, we believed this community could help Acehnese majority, especially the grassroots women, to become progressive and optimistic leaders to protect Leuser Ecosystem–Tropical Rainforest Heritage of Sumatera (TRHS). We have a dream to leave legacy for the world as example of the thriving survivors not just the victims. Moreover, I also have been contributing actively to the youth development organization,The Leader, for more than 5 years (see at: www.the-leader.org). This organization founded in 2012 to facilitate collaborative learning amongst young people in Indonesian, especially Aceh Province. The Leader goals are to provide environment that build up creativity and increase self-confidence amongst young people through collaborative learning.
