Barrameda Dindo’s Expertise Support infrastructure operations and/or manage delivery for IT production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements.The role of the RTS technologist is to resolve more complex incidents remotely, alleviating the need for the customer to visit a local support office. • Provides remote resolution for non-hardware related problems as first point of escalation from the Technology Support Service Desk. • Triage an ambiguous problem and use the available tools to solve advanced OS and software related issues. • If unable to resolve the issue, assigns the incident to the appropriate support group and informs the customer accordingly. • Ensures that the work log is updated clearly in each incident that is handled. • Uses the CallBack tool to schedule and contact customers. • Provides relevant information to the “LTS” teams for onsite support activities through the incident management system. • Provides the following services remotely: Software Install, Email Issues, Access Requests, PC Network Problems, Printing Issues, and Virus Issues. • Documents known solutions in the RTS knowledge management repository. • Adheres to the agreed service levels and ensures prompt and accurate resolution of problems. • Assists in maintaining quality standards and continuous improvement on the team. • Assists with various technical projects. • Is an independent thinker - able to work without processes and/or create own processes when necessary.+ To take Inbound and Outbound calls for Accenture North America Employees + To assist access issues of Accenture Applications for Accenture North America Employees +To process emails by creating incidents logged by user and troubleshoot issues that were created by Accenture North America Employees through email. Assisted user to troubleshoot devices and connection issues for the DSL service for home & office and Companies. Assisted user to install and configure DSL Modem routers.Member of the Escalation Team that handles unresolved issues for non working devices e.g. wired and wireless routers, wired and wireless security cameras.Assisted users to install and troubleshoot devices e.g. wired and wireless routers, wired and wireless security cameras.
