My portfolio/focus was on defining the strategy and roadmaps for Cloud, Mobility, Data Centers, Application rationalization, DevOps, Sourcing. Before the rebranding of ING Insurance/Investment Management, I was the Enterprise Architect for ING Insurance/Investment Management where I had the role in being the overall lead IT Architect within the Readiness DINN Program, which goal is to disentangle ING Insurance/Investment management (now NN Group) from ING Bank. My main focus areas within this program was Quality Assurance, Overall consistency between the different program streams, Ensuring Business Continuity and giving direction in the migration strategy. Prior to joining ING Insurance I worked for 2 years at Nationale-Nederlanden as the Enterprise Architect. Prior Nationale-Nederlanden I have worked over 11 years at IBM as a Chief Engineer and as a Lead IT Architect for several international and national enterprises in senior positions. I was accountable for the technical scope either as overall lead IT Architect in large and complex programs or as Account Architect for an IBM customers. Before IBM I worked for 3 years at KLM (the Royal Dutch Airlines) as an IT Architect and Engineer.
