Beverly Kurtz’s Expertise I am retired from IBM where I was a PMI and ITIL Certified project manager with 20 years of experience in the federal market. I've supported contracts for the US Department of Agriculture, Department of Homeland Security and National Institute of Health, as well as with clients in the chemical / pharmaceutical industry. My responsibilities have included everything from project plan development and management to staffing, financial management, subcontractor management, managing PMO processes and meeting compliance requirements. My broad background, in combination with excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, enable me to attain overall customer satisfaction goals while achieving financial objectives and meeting cost targets. My "soft skills" are very strong and I excel at bringing teams together to meet business challenges to help make sure my clients are satisfied with our work. I also have worked as a secondary Math and Social Studies teacher for Boulder Valley Schools. I live in the foothills of the Rockies and enjoy hiking, backcountry skiing and whitewater rafting.
