HIGHLIGHTS: • TURNAROUND o CATV/Brazil - As GM of Adelphia Brazil, led company out of bankruptcy to profitability, growing subscriber count 30X, reducing bad debt expense by 75% and increasing ARR from ~.5MM to ~20MM over a 2-year period. o MSO Business Segment – As Head of MSO Sales, oversaw the Ideation/Design, Software Development, SI, Logistics and Implementation of Tier 1 MSO solution, laying groundwork over 2-year period that enabled growth of Numerex ARR from ~4MM to 40MM+, and the MSO's Product Line ARR from 0 to 190MM+. o CLEC – As Director of Marketing & Special Projects, engineered and oversaw the execution of a network-wide re-grooming project in 35 markets, reducing carrier costs by 40% and driving an incremental 5MM+ to KMC’s bottom line. • START-UP o Cellular/Rio de Janeiro – As Director of Product Management, designed and executed unique launch and distribution strategy, acquiring 140,000 pre-paid subscribers by the 1st commercial day of operations, paving the way for 1B of annualized revenue and ~3MM subs in the first 6 months of operation and becoming EBITDA positive within the first 8 months of operations. o Cellular/Mexico City – As Sr. Director of Systems Integration, oversaw ~30MM Systems Integration project for Nortel and a team of 50+ members, comprised of employees, contractors and vendors in Mexico, France, Canada and the U.S.. • EVOLVING/PIVOTING (VAS) - During 10+ year tenure at Movius, managed Sales team of 12 through 3 different platform evolutions, achieving nearly 90% MSO penetration in the CALA region and closing key strategic multi-million dollar deals in U.S. and Canadian markets, compiling more than 60MM+ in direct and indirect deals with Tier 1/2/3 MNO and MSO Service Providers. • FAST GROWTH (Long Distance) – In my B2B Sales Director, Network Engineer, Marketing Manager and M&A roles at Frontier, my work was integral to the company’s growth from 165MM to 2.1B in annual recurring revenue over 6 years.
