Extensive leadership, operational and sales experience offering a diversity of relevant business building skills and perspective. As the co-founder and president of Pacific Crest Technology, gained a wealth of experience building successful start-up companies as well as working for other national and international technology firms including Computer Sciences Corporation, Informatics General Corporation, Sterling Software,and Computer People, Inc. Now, in addition to working as an investor and advisor to companies I dedicate much of my time and energy to working with Vistage International, the worlds largest organization dedicated to the growth and development of CEO's, business owners and senior executives. Through my association with Vistage,I have the opportunity to bring together local chief executives, business owners and company presidents to share and resolve the challenges facing them in today's fast-paced, ever-changing world of business. As Chair, I endeavor to ensure that every member stays focused and committed to the results toward which they are driving. In addition to leading the group meetings, I work with Chief Executives in one-to-one "coaching" meetings to provide advice, insight, accountability and support.
