I am currently working for Berkley Technology Services.(2010) I started my career here as a contractor and after 6 months was hired full time. Over the years i have ascended from a technician, to a analyst and now the Technical Support Manager of both our Level 1 and 2 teams. We manage approximately 6000 users with a team of 3+, covering a a 13 hour work day. Our work load ranges from account management(Ad, Phones, Exchange and proprietary claims/policy systems), day to day support and Imaging of 2000 PCS a year.
