Brandon Thomason’s Expertise I have struggled with weight management all my life. The most I ever lost until now was when I was a senior in high school with 3-a-day workouts for football practice. I got down to 185 pounds at my lowest. Over the next 10-15 years or so I packed on about 100 pounds while fluctuating up and down the whole time. I tried several "DIE-ts" along the way and none seamed to work more than 20 pounds at most here and there. I would rapidly put the weight back on with extra weight.
