  Since leaving the Army I have spent most of my time working with Microsoft products at a technical level. I have a good working knowledge of the other components of Office 365 including SharePoint online, OneDrive, Office online and Office 365 Pro Plus. I have held a valid Office 365 certification since February 2015. During my current employment, I have written technical courses about: Microsoft Exchange Server, PowerShell, Office 365, Exchange Hybrid deployments, Office 365 Adoption, Office 365 Governance and Power Apps. I have also collaborated on technical courses about SharePoint Online, Teams, and Office 365 Security and Compliance, including Data Loss Prevention. In my current role I work in a small distributed team seeing my manager twice a year. In previous roles I have managed teams between 5 and 45 staff as well as being responsible for processes, budget and equipment involved with those roles. Until recently I ran a Scout Group in my spare time being responsible for all aspects of the group including: the other leaders and their training, recruitment, activities and welfare of the young people, all accounts and administration, and all legal aspects including health and safety and child protection. I work well under pressure and to deadlines, and I have proven to be adept in learning new technologies and skills. My current role is based around delivering in-depth technical knowledge and designing learning solutions for IT professionals, but in previous roles I have been responsible for designing, deploying and troubleshooting complex technical infrastructure solutions. I enjoy problem solving and this has evolved into a proven skill. I am a excellent communicator and enjoy developing and unlocking the potential in those I work with. Qatar
