  In my final semester of law school I have developed litigation skills as a student lawyer in the Rutgers Childrenu2019s Justice Clinic, where I represent juveniles in state court. Additionally, I earned the opportunity to independently conduct over twelve representation elections.In addition to working full-time during both my 1L and 2L summers, I also invested 15-30 hours each week with Professor Edelman. I often researched narrow areas of the law, for example, whether group licensing would be considered anticompetitive under the Rule of Reason, and whether a labor organization breaches its duty of fair representation by advocating for some members to the detriment of its other members. Additionally, I prepared a comparative study on the labor laws of several European countries and the differences to labor law in the U.S.Conducted legal research and drafted five judicial opinions on topics including: Section 1983; tortious interference with contract; which state law applies to an interstate compact; and wrongful death.
