At DaVita we expanded treatment offerings and increased capacity by more than 10%. I maintain profit and increase market share in the face of competition while ensuring the highest accreditation scores. The facilities that I run provide the best possible medical care while achieving the highest possible scores on surveys. DaVita achieved 99.7% (out of 100%) clinical excellence scores using DaVita Quality Index and state surveys showed zero facility deficiencies. At SpineMark, we achieved the highest level of survey accreditation with the AAAHC. Part of my job is ensuring that each employee is working to his/her full potential. We aim to have each person use his/her strongest skills, work to the best of their ability, ensure trust with colleagues and patients, and work toward the best clinical outcomes. When employees and physicians feel supported, motivated, and appreciated and they see great patient outcomes from their work, then everyone wins.
