I have also spent a lifetime looking at leaders and managers who have been both successful and destructive, and I have tried to learn from that. My biggest strengths outside of my relevant work experience include an ability to remain calm under pressure, deal with challenging people in a thoughtful and diplomatic way, and help lead my team effectively by not getting into the way of employees who are skilled and who have proven to be successful on their own.
