I then trained and qualified in Positive Psychology and Alcohol Free Coaching and now in my evenings & weekends I help others change their relationship with alcohol I originally took a 90 day break from Alcohol after my drinking levels crept up in lockdown and I was sick and tired of feeling sick and tired . I never expected to get through the first weekend but I built my AF muscles over time and gained confidence. I discovered my menopause symptoms ,huge anxiety and other health problems eased so much I carried on . I have never found a good enough reason to go back .
