While pursuing my Bachelor’s degree, I have focused on strengthening my skills in accounting and business management. Through my education, working for Carmax super stores and Carmax auto finance, I have developed my problem-solving skills, Communication skills and accounting principles. The experiences I have had with the company has allowed me to strengthen my leadership skills, train new hires to perform well and excel to other positions. In addition to these experiences, I have been active in projects that are helping the company save money and make needed changes to make working efficient for the associates. My current role in the company has me managing customer accounts and the accounts are all in different stages for each customer. I have to make sure that the customer is educated on the account and what will happen if the account becomes delinquent. The 200 plus accounts that i help manage give me a understanding of what the company is owed and the amount that i have been able to cure each month.
